About Dr. Spencer Hartman:
Dr. Spencer Hartman is the Assistant Professor of Flute at Texas Tech University, Principal Flute of the Roswell Symphony Orchestra, and Piccoloist of the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra. A highly accomplished performer and educator, he holds degrees from Texas Tech University, Memorial University of Newfoundland, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
